❓ Is there any registration or joining fee?
No. Joining Fixmate as a service partner is 100% free. There are no hidden charges, commissions upfront, or subscriptions. You only earn — we never ask you to pay.
❓ How will I receive customer jobs from Fixmate?
Once you’re approved, we’ll send you job requests via WhatsApp or phone call. You’ll get full details including customer location, job type, and appointment time.
❓ Who will handle customer calls and pricing?
Fixmate handles all customer calls, pricing, and follow-ups. You don’t need to talk to the customer until the job starts. Just focus on delivering great service.
❓ How do I get paid and how much?
After a job is completed and the customer is satisfied, Fixmate pays your share directly to your bank account or UPI within 2–3 working days. No delays. No excuses.
❓ What type of jobs will I get?
Based on your skill (painting, electrical, plumbing, etc.), we’ll assign you relevant jobs in your area — from small repairs to full-home services.
❓ Can I reject a job if I’m unavailable or far away?
Yes, you can. You will only be offered jobs that match your preferred work radius and availability. You’re free to accept or decline.

It depends on your service type, location, and availability. On average, partners receive 5–15 leads per week — and we’re growing every day.
❓ Will I be working under the Fixmate brand?
Yes. You’ll represent Fixmate when you visit customers. We expect you to be professional, polite, and follow basic service guidelines — because customers trust our name.
❓ Do I need to wear a uniform or carry an ID?
Not mandatory yet — but we may offer uniforms and ID cards soon. You’ll be informed when it becomes part of the onboarding process.
❓ Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No limit at all. The more jobs you accept and complete, the more you earn. Some Fixmate partners make ₹15,000 to ₹40,000/month depending on availability and service type.
