📝 Fixmate Service Partner Agreement

This agreement is made between Hooriyalibas, operating under the brand name “Fixmate” (“Company”), and the individual (“Partner”) who agrees to provide home services to customers referred by Fixmate.
1. Nature of Relationship
- The Partner is not an employee of Fixmate or Hooriyalibas.
- The Partner is an independent service provider, eligible to receive job leads generated by Fixmate.
- There is no guarantee of minimum job volume or income.
2. Job Assignment & Workflow
- Fixmate will share job details via WhatsApp, phone call, or an internal system.
- The Partner may accept or decline jobs based on availability.
- Once a job is accepted, the Partner must:
- Arrive on time
- Deliver quality service
- Communicate any issues through Fixmate — not directly with the customer
3. Payment Terms
- All customer payments are collected by Fixmate (Hooriyalibas).
- After the successful completion of the job and customer confirmation, the Partner will receive their payment within 2–3 working days.
- The payout will be after deducting Fixmate’s platform fee, which will be shared at onboarding.
- Under no circumstance should the Partner accept payment directly from customers.
4. Partner Responsibilities & Conduct
- The Partner agrees to:
- Be respectful and professional with all customers
- Not negotiate pricing or offer extra services outside Fixmate’s scope
- Follow Fixmate’s quality standards
- Misconduct, overcharging, or customer complaints may lead to termination and payment withholding.
5. Liability & Damages
- The Partner is responsible for any damage or negligence caused during service delivery.
- Fixmate (Hooriyalibas) is not liable for personal injury, equipment loss, or accidents that occur during service.
6. Termination Policy
- This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party.
- Fixmate reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any Partner who:
- Receives repeated complaints
- Violates conduct policy
- Attempts to bypass Fixmate’s platform
7. Documents & Consent
- The Partner agrees to provide valid ID proof (Aadhar/PAN) and bank details for payouts.
- By digitally agreeing to this document, the Partner confirms that all provided information is correct and authorizes Fixmate (Hooriyalibas) to retain and verify documentation.
