Return Conditions

- All accessories and documentation must be included
- Custom orders are non-refundable
- Digital products are non-refundable

Refund Process

1. Contact support@fixmate.shop within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization
4. Ship item back with tracking
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receipt

Return Shipping

Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective items within 30 days.
